Australian Clinical Trials Alliance, in collaboration with CT:IQ, is developing the Consumer Involvement and Engagement in Clinical Trials Toolkit, a digital resource for researchers, research organisations and consumers.
The toolkit draws on international resources and newly-developed local resources to provide tools and guidance on consumer involvement and engagement in clinical trials in Australia.
ACTA is seeking submissions from suitable consultants to the request for tender to contribute to the second phase of this project. The first phase is already underway and includes identification, adaptation and generation of the first tranche of core content for the toolkit.
The consultant for the second phase will identify, adapt and develop new (as necessary) online guidance and resources related to consumer involvement and engagement in clinical trials within Australia, for use by researchers, research organisations, consumers and the broader community.
The tender closes at 2.00pm AEDT on 19 March 2019. For specific criteria and more details about the project download the tender document here. (Tender document updated 11.15am 4 March 2019 to amend correlation error between scope (4.2) and specification 2 (5.2). Additional item – Phase 2 (a) now added to section 5.2.)
