ACTA awarding five free consumer registrations to International Conference

ACTA is committed to strengthening the sector's capacity and ability to involve consumers in all activities across the research continuum.

We encourage our Members to support patients, carers or patients’ representatives (sometimes called consumers) who are currently working with them to improve the design and conduct of clinical trials and quality clinical registries, or are interested in learning more about these activities, to attend the ACTA International Clinical Trials Conference.

To support this participation, we will be awarding five free registration passes for consumers to attend ACTA’s International Clinical Trial Conference which will take place 2 – 5 October at the International Conference Centre, Darling Harbour, Sydney. View the program here.

Applicants will be prioritised based on the following criteria:
1. Completion of all questions on the application form (link below)
2. Reason for interest in attending ACTA’s International Clinical Trial Conference and how you intend to use any knowledge gained.
3. Your affiliation with one of ACTA’s member organisations (Clinical Trials Networks, Clinical Quality Registries and Clinical Trial Coordinating Centres).

To apply for one of the five free passes, please complete the short questionnaire and send the completed form to by Friday 31 May 2019.
